Selling Property

We advise that you ensure your sale goes smoothly by having your Contracts prepared before your property goes sale agreed – there is absolutely no extra cost associated with this.

If you are putting your house on the market, don’t wait until you have an offer before you let your solicitor know. You will want your solicitor to advise you as soon as possible whether there are any issues with the property that might delay the sale. This can prevent a lot of stressful delay after the deposit has changed hands! More about that here.
