I have a particular interest in immigration and asylum law. I have considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of applications to the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service of the Department of Justice (INIS), on behalf of Irish citizens, EU migrant workers, refugees and workers and family members from outside of the EU.
Many of the decisions made by the INIS with respect to the residency and entry permissions required by residents and by their family members are made at the discretion of the Minister for Justice. It is my experience that the preparation of a detailed and comprehensive application, that anticipates the queries typically raised by the department, can greatly assist in obtaining a positive result as quickly as possible.
My service begins with a consultation. This comprises an interview, case assessment, and the provision of information and advice about your rights and your options. This may be enough so that you can proceed to make an application yourself, or in case you wish to get advice about an application form or letter that you have prepared before you send it off.
Consultations can be in person in the office, or via telephone, email, or skype.
If you wish to book a consultation, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to schedule an appointment at a time that suits you.
